In addition to cleaning your suits, dresses and finest clothes, we also professionally clean your bed linen, duvets, pillows, sofa covers, curtains, rugs – We clean all household items, no matter how bulky! Our wet cleaning service will do its magic and keep your household looking as good as new.
We can do either your regular weekly, basic laundry, or help out when time becomes too short at home. Maybe your washing and drying machines are broken and you are waiting for a repair or replacement? Then our Service Wash product is just what you need. Normally all Service Washes are returned within 24 hours having been washed in our eco-friendly, non-Bio detergents, lightly scented with lavender fabric conditioner, dried and neatly folded for you.
Our Laundry Service (Bag) Wash, Dry & Fold process
1. We wash the loads that you have predefined and charge by the load depending on which of our machines the clothes fit most efficiently (Small, Medium, Large, XL). Please do not put any delicate items (silks, cashmeres, linens or leathers) or items you think might shrink in the wash and/or dry process into your laundry bag!
2. We normally wash at 30°C with the best non-biological detergent
We wash all items at 30°C unless either you request something different or we believe that best results absolutely requires a different temperature. We use the highest quality, eco-label compliant, professional non-bio detergent for all Wash & Fold. No enzymes, no dyes, no phosphates. Not tested on animals!
3. We tumble dry & fold your clothes
We tumble dry all items, so please remove any items from your bag that cannot be tumble dried (viscose and cashmere items particularly dislike the tumble drier…). Finally we fold them with care before delivering them back to you, ready to be placed back in your wardrobe. Note that this service does not include pressing.
Home (Duvets, Pillows, Toppers, Mattress Protectors, Bedspreads, Blankets, Throws)
We are able to clean all of your bedding needs. If you love the feeling of crisply ironed bed sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, or simply do not have the time to do the washing, drying and ironing yourself, let us take the stress out of it for you. All your items returned to you cleaned with our non-harmful laundry process, freshly scented, before being hand pressed and folded by our production team.
Duvets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Mattress Toppers or Bedspread are items just too large to be cleaned in your domestic washing and drying machines. We are able to handle all these bulky items in our high capacity machines, and treat them with the care they deserve, be they silk, wool, feather, down, polyester or any other material before returning them to you in packaging that they can be stored away in.
We are proud of our Hand Finished premium shirt service, where each and every shirt, gets that nice crisp finish that the British demand. It starts with an individual inspection of each shirt to identify any stains that need to be spotted, through treatment of the cuffs & collars as needed, before we launder them in our Eco-Smart cleaning machine at 30 Celsius (unless a higher temperature is required). Using special steaming and pressing equipment to remove all the creases, and to dry the shirts efficiently, we then do the final check and press a crisp crease in the sleeves.
Shirts are normally presented on a hanger, but can also be folded if you would prefer.
Within either our Eco-Smart Dry Cleaning or Laundry processes we are able to clean all your household items. Large sofa covers are no match for our Eco-Smart cleaning process, where we have great success in removing stains that are common on such high use items.
We are able to process all types of curtains, including those with rubberized blackout, as the Eco-Smart cleaning process is gentle on those items. Bringing curtains back into a dry enough state to return to you, can take more than 1 week. Speak to us to discuss your specific curtain needs
Most basic rugs can be cleaned with us. We follow the instructions on the care label, and if the rug is pliable enough to be folded up in our machine we will be able to clean it. If there are no care instructions on your rug, speak to us to discuss what options are possible.

Our machines are the latest generation commercial laundry equipment and feature a large number of programs to take care of any type or style of wash that is required including the use of environmentally friendly cleaning products.
